We are taking legal actions against counterfeits and imitation versions of some No Romance's bestselling items. If you come across any such counterfeit products on social media or online marketplaces, please report them to the respective platforms and share the links with us by emailing contact@splashsplash.uk. We really appreciate your support for original designs.

Avoid washing with dark coloured items, or clothing containing sharp edges such as studs or prym hooks.

We dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Please be aware Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays are NOT classed as working days.

Next Working Day Delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM: £10.65.

Guaranteed delivery on the next working day, if the order is placed before 4pm on a working day.

International orders

Standard International Delivery - Royal Mail International Tracked with Compensation from £50 to £250:

Orders to Europe and North America will take about 5-7 working days, to Asia and Australia 7-14 working days, and to the rest of the world about 10-20 working days.

Expedite International Delivery (Available to Some Countries) - UPS with Compensation from £60 to £1000:

Delivery within 2-5 working days. If your country is eligible for the expedite service, the option will be shown at the checkout.

We DO NOT offer size exchanges. If you need to change the size of an item, please return it and place a new order.

Items purchased on Splash Splash may be returned for a refund within 10 days of receiving them. They MUST be returned in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition, with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
