We dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Please be aware Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are NOT classed as working days.

We mainly use Royal Mail and DPD delivery services with end-to-end online tracking.

We offer a range of UK delivery options - standard, next working day, and same day delivery.

Standard Delivery - £3.35 : Free on full price orders over £80. Usually arrives in 3-4 working days.

Next Working Day Delivery - £10.65 : Guaranteed delivery on the next working day.

Same Day Delivery - Price may vary : This service is for London only. We can arrange Addison Lee delivery service or collection at the showroom in East London. If you need anything urgently, please contact us on Instagram before placing the order.

For international orders, shipping fee has been set accordingly and shipping times may vary.

Orders to Europe and North America will take about 5-7 working days, to Asia and Australia 7-14 working days, and to the rest of the world about 10-20 working days.

Please note that these are just rough estimates and actual shipping times may vary depending on various factors, such as customs clearance and local postal service efficiency.

Additional customs duties, taxes, or other customs requirements may occur for international orders. We will make every effort to ensure a smooth customs clearance process.

However, we cannot be held responsible for any such charges, nor can we be responsible for any packages that are returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or non-compliance. It's important to be aware that we will NOT issue refunds in these circumstances.

If you have not received your parcel after 2 weeks (UK orders) or 1 month (international orders), and you suspect it may be lost - please get in touch with us by filling out the form below or sending us a DM on Instagram. We will help you claim compensation.

Please note that we do NOT offer size exchanges. If you need to change the size of an item, please return it and place a new order.

Items purchased on Splash Splash may be returned for a refund within 10 days of receiving them. They MUST be returned in perfect and visibly unworn condition with all the original tags attached.

To request a return, please email us at contact@splashsplash.uk within 10 days of receiving your order. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted for a refund.

Kindly remember that in the case of returning any items, you will be accountable for the expenses incurred for returning them. It is advisable to use the services of a trustworthy shipping company that provides tracking information or proof of delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return process.

After we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Please be aware again that we do NOT accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn and/or had their tags removed, under any circumstances. We do NOT accept returns that are received outside the designated time frames mentioned above. And returns due to failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or non-compliance will NOT be issued a refund.

A 5% handling fee will be charged, if you cancel the order prior to dispatch.
